Cancellation + Late Arrival Policy

A credit card is required to book all appointments and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows time to offer the spot to another client. You’ll receive a confirmation and reminder via text and email 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Fees

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): 50% of the service total

  • No-shows (missed appointment without notice): 100% of the service total

  • Same-day service changes that lower the original price will still be charged at the original booked amount

  • Clients arriving with SNS, dip, or acrylic will not be able to receive their service as I am unable to remove these products

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and to settle in

  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule, but you will be charged the full price of the original service

  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service canceled, this would be treated as a same day cancellation

Other Policies

Nail Fix Policy

  • If you experience any chipping, lifting, or breakage within 5 days of your appointment, I’m happy to fix it at no charge.

  • Fixes requested after 5 days or due to accidental damage may incur a small fee.

  • I do not offer complimentary fixes for dazzle dry polish but you are welcome to message me and schedule a paid fix!

Fungus Policy

  • For the health and safety of all clients, I do not perform services on nails showing signs of fungal infection.

  • If any concerns are noticed during your appointment, the service may be canceled and you’ll be referred to a medical professional.
